Birthday Bash 2.0, After Event Thoughts - The Armies

In the words of Alexander the Meerkat...

Welcomes!!!!

Following on from yesterday's entry we're having a short one today to have look at some of the armies from the Birthday Bash Tournament.

Everyone put in a lot of effort getting their armies ready for the event, which really helps to bring it up to an enviable standard. See if you can guess the winning entry in the comments below, now let's get to all the juicy photos!!! (Anyone who's army I missed drop me a message and I'll add it to the article 👍).

I think everyone should be amazingly proud of what they brought.  Well done chaps and chapettes! 👍

Until next time

  1. If I had to guess it'd be the chaos list with two brass scorpions and the knight. Honourable mention certainly to the inquisitorial warband with the two land raiders though!

    1. Ding Ding Ding!!!! We have a winner!!! 😝 It was a ridiculously gorgeous army, and amazingly converted. I can't quite remember but I believe the brass scorpions were stand in's for Defilers

  2. You forgot your own! ;)
Some amazing armies at the event. I actually thought I might have a shot at best army until I saw the others there.

    1. I purposefully forgot mine, people have seen enough blurry photos of it Hahahaha! Your Deathwatch were brilliantly painted, however the wow factor did help with the winning army (I'm not saying it wasn't amazingly painted it was)

    2. Yeah, there were a bunch of really "wow-factor" armies there. As Nick said above, the Inquisition one was stunning too.

  3. Armies on Parade is my favourite part of events. I like wandering around the displays and looking at all the fantastic armies. The Inquisition was my favourite.

    1. Hey Turk, apologies for the delay in replying, have been laid up after an "incident" in work so I've a buggered neck, but without dwelling on that, it definitely is great to have a walk around and see all the amazing armies that come along, the inquisition army was very very nice, hope to get some more articles up soon 👍
